It’s Labor Day weekend! For most of us, this marks the end of summer with barbecues and pool parties. But Labor Day was conceived in the 1800s because there needed to be recognition to the changes in the way Americans worked.

We believe that Colorado needs to see some workforce changes, too. Namely, in how industry works with education to develop talent and create meaningful career pathways to success for our young people.
